Customers in the lighting industry needed reflectors, housings, mounting rings, and trim rings. These are custom-designed and manufactured using aluminum, steel, brass, and copper. We created the lighting components using our state-of-the-art spinning lathes, punch presses, and trim and bead machines, with overall part dimensions up to 60” in diameter of various depths by component.
We used our advanced metal spinning systems for spinning, cutting and beading the required metals per our customer’s specifications, with thickness for aluminum of .040” to .125”, for steel 16GA to 22GA of thickness, and for brass and copper .040” to .080” of thickness, all with tolerances of ± .015”. Our engineering department provided all of the tooling design, reverse engineering, and product development/prototyping. Our team created the first prototypes in as early as one week from inception using 2D CAD drawings supplied by our client. Our plant created these components from individual prototypes to volumes of tens of thousands, including anodizing, painting, brushing, and polishing.
Our finished steel, brass, and copper components for the lighting industry are delivered nationwide.
