The narrow and tall cross sections of commercial roofing vents are very demanding, it takes experience and know how to form aluminum roofing components. The challenge is magnified when some customers request 0.050” for material savings and other customers request 0.125” for durability in extreme environments. Ace Metal Spinning uses the learning mode on our CNC spinning machines to record the process of machine assist spinning these tricky parts. Once the process is dialed in, it is locked in by the CNC to be repeated whenever needed. CNC’s are the key to the large volume roofing programs the Ace Metal Spinning supplies, we leverage the repeatability of the CNC’s to run parts ahead to stock. Customers issue a release and very often difficult to make narrow and tall parts are shipped the next day.
